One of the major outcomes of most diets is yo-yo dieting, so people will lose fat and then gain fat again. Often times they’re worse off after they gained it back then before. It’s a vicious cycle but there is a way to counter that. Here is a simple equation that a lot of people like to use: -

FAT LOSS EQUATION Burn more calories = Burn more fat

Well, like I always say it's not that simple. 😅

There's something called the Energy Gap. As we diet, our metabolism goes down and our need for food or our hunger goes up. That gap expands so far that it yo-yos back, because when metabolism goes down, we eat more and we rebound faster.

Muscle is one of the primary components of metabolism. We know that as muscle goes down, our metabolism goes down. Ketones spare muscle mass and exercise alone cannot prevent us from losing muscle mass.

Of course, ketones combined with exercise is best way stave off muscle loss. But as we get older it's harder to exercise at same intensity as when we were younger. Also if you have injuries like me that prevents you from exercising, ketones give you more energy and they are also a great way to help you maintain lean muscle mass without over straining yourself.

When I first started out on this journey exactly two years ago, all I wanted was to get back into shape. What I gained was so much more than what I was looking for.

Before drinking ketones I was just like any ordinary guy out there. I want to look good but I also want to enjoy my food! So I did what most people would do; Spend time working out and watching what I eat. Then when life throws me a curveball, I found it difficult to maintain my diet and fitness regime. That’s when it all went downhill. I was getting fatter, I wasn’t sleeping well and my health suffered as a result. 😕

Since drinking ketones, my energy has been great, I have pep back in my step, and my cravings for carbs and sugars are far less than before! Not only did I manage to get back in shape, I also managed to maintain it without having to go crazy over exercise and dieting. I began to feel that mental clarity kick in and I was more focused in achieving my goals. My sleep was better and because of that I wake up feeling fresh and ready to start the day. I feel lighter, healthier and so much happier! 😄😁

What I most look forward to is to be able to inspire others to do the same. I’ll be 39 years old this November but I honestly feel like I’m 20 years younger and I want to feel like this for as long as I’m alive! Ketones have changed my life for the better. I’ve finally found a sustainable yet flexible way of maintaining my physique whilst being able to spend more time doing the things I love and eating the foods that I enjoy eating! 😋

I know many people especially guys are skeptical but the only way to find out if it works for you is to try it for yourself. I'm looking for new skeptics because most of previous skeptics have now become believers! 😉

So you have been asking the Internet and everyone around you what’s the fastest way to burn fat. The most common thing that people will say is to eat less and move more.

Though this might seem like common sense but of course we know what the reality is. I know this because I’ve aways struggled with being the fat kid and even till recently I still face the same problems.

Telling an obese person to eat less and move more is like telling a depressed person to quit being sad. It’s not that simple.

There’s a lot of studies showing that people who tend to have higher body fat actually have impaired ability to regulate food consumption (dysregulated ability to control satiety cues or hunger).

They also have far more fat cells than someone who is lean. So it’s not just put the fork down and move more. Instead we need to target satiety mechanisms i.e. How long we feel full after a meal.

I love to eat and if you know me, I eat a lot. Before drinking ketones, I can eat and eat all day and I never seem to be full. After lunch or dinner, I always crave for that chocolate or some ice cream and it doesn’t just stop there.

Since drinking ketones, I’ve been able to control my sugar and carb cravings. Now I’m able to make better food choices because I don’t feel the need to snack all the time. I still have my guilty pleasures but now I’m in a better position to control my portions and not overeat.

I’ve created a free webinar for anyone who anyone who wants to learn more about the benefits of ketones because I sincerely want to help everyone get the best out of themselves.

You don’t have to struggle alone, I can help you.
