Hey guys..

My name is Nelson. I’m 37 years old this year and I love to eat. Who doesn’t? Anyway, if you’re like me that you would understand the struggles of having to watch what you eat in order not to get fat. Age is catching up with me and my metabolism is slowing down. I don’t seem to be able to slim down as easily as before. 



I have like 3 sets of clothing in my wardrobe for me to switch around depending on how fat I feel; with the more fitting ones somewhere at the back. And I don’t really want to throw them away, secretly hoping that I’ll be able to fit into them again. Someway, somehow, someday

Sounds familiar? You’re not alone.

I’ve tried so many different ways to keep the fat off that there are times I feel like giving up. I’ve tried appetite suppressant pills that never work, meal replacement drinks that never keep you full, eating boiled chicken breasts that taste like shit, waking up 530am every morning to go to the gym, intermittent fasting etc. you name it, I’ve probably tried it. I must admit, I did lose the weight in the beginning, but I found it difficult to upkeep such a lifestyle. I don’t want to have meal replacement shakes, eat boring tasteless food, gobble down pills and waste all my time in the gym just to look good.

All I’m saying is that I’ve got a life, and I’m sure you do too.

After all these years I’m come to realise that I’ve been looking at this all wrong. I’ve only been trying to solve the problem for the short term without looking into the root of the problem; to burn body fat. Burning body fat is what we all should aim to achieve in order to look good but also, most importantly, feel good about yourself, not to mention the other health benefits of not having too much body fat.


If you’re like me; someone who works in the day (in fact I work in the day and night!); someone who loves to eat but struggles to keep the fat off; someone who just doesn’t have enough time to exercise; someone who has tried everything to burn fat and feels like giving up then I want you to know that all hope is not lost! There is a way to eat delicious food while still burn body fat.

I’m gonna make it clear here; There is no way, and I mean NO WAY that you can go ahead and eat anything or drink all the beer in the world and still expect to have 6 pack abs. If anyone can say that you can tell them to fuck off! There will always be exceptions when it comes to fat burning and this is no exception. What we are trying to do here is to find a way to be able to sustain a lifestyle that can allow us to enjoy eating, do a little bit of physical activity and still look good! Remember, its a lifestyle not a diet. You want to look at it as a part of life, not something that will go away once you achieved your short-termed goals. We want to look long-term here so that we can all stay in control and live a happy and enjoyable life.
