Myth 1

"Bro you got your abs because you are so disciplined and you work out so often. I won't be able to do all that!" I'm here to debunk all that nonsense. For the record, I'd like to say that there's no magical thing that we can consome to burn fat immediately. If you're looking for that then you can keep on dreaming. Yes, I train as hard as I can because I want to achieve the best results. But that doesn't mean you have to train like me to achieve results. A little bit of exercise is always better than none at all. I used to drag myself to the gym 5 times a week, lifting copious amount of weights and though I felt like I gained muscle I wasn't really seeing my abs. Now I only go to the gym 3 times a week, focusing on only 3 compound exercises each time that work my entire body and the best part is that every gym session lasts for a max of 30 to 40mins. So to be honest, I still train but I train much lesser than I used to because I don't need to train as often to get abs.
